Medication & Supplements Avoid taking aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin E, fish oil, or other anticoagulant supplements for 7 days​ prior to your appointment. Alcohol Do not consume any alcohol for 24 hours​ before your injection. Makeup On the day of treatment, please avoid wearing heavy makeup. Important Medical Information Please inform your doctor in advance if you have any of the following conditions: Pregnancy or breastfeeding Neuromuscular disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis) Current use of antibiotics or muscle relaxants A history of adverse reactions to botulinum toxin
Post-Treatment Guidelines
1. For the first 4 hours​ after treatment, do not lie flat, press, or massage the injection sites, and avoid bending your head down.
2. For the first 24 hours​ after treatment, avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, and alcohol consumption.
3. For 3–7 days​ after treatment, avoid facial massage, laser treatments, and other heat-based therapies. Facial expressions may move naturally, but avoid deliberately rubbing or kneading the treated areas.
4. Results typically begin to appear within 3–7 days, with the effect becoming stable around 14 days.
