RF Microneedling with Exosomes / Growth Factors
Precise Depth & Energy Control
Dual Stimulation & Enhanced Absorption
High Safety & Minimal Surface Damage
Broad Therapeutic Effectiveness
Long‑Lasting Visible Results
RF Microneedling at Everest Wellness & Aesthetics Center is one of the most effective medical aesthetic treatments for anti-aging, skin tightening, and acne scar repair. By delivering radiofrequency (RF) energy through microneedles into the dermal layers of the skin, this treatment stimulates collagen and elastin regeneration.
RF Microneedling with Exosomes is an advanced treatment that combines radiofrequency microneedling technology with growth factors. RF microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the dermal layers and supports collagen remodeling, while growth factors penetrate the skin to promote cellular repair.
We offer two radiofrequency skin treatment technologies
Morpheus8™

Sublative is a unique, non-laser and non-light-based technology that uses a matrix-style delivery of radiofrequency energy to target multiple layers of the skin.

The fractionated RF energy creates controlled micro-injuries and coagulation in the epidermis, triggering an intense wound-healing response in the dermal matrix.

This process smooths acne scars, reduces skin tone irregularities, and leaves the skin texture smoother and more elastic.

Secret™ PRO

INFINI™ is a minimally invasive skin tightening treatment with a short recovery time.

Unlike lasers, it uses insulated microneedles to deliver RF energy directly into the dermis, stimulating collagen and elastin production for more noticeable results.

This process creates microscopic channels in the skin, enhancing the absorption of nutrients while avoiding thermal damage to the epidermis.

Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment Precautions for RF Microneedling Treatment
Pre-Treatment Guidelines for RF Microneedling
6 weeks before treatment: Avoid excessive sun exposure.
7 days before treatment: Avoid chemical peels, exfoliating treatments, IPL or Picosure, retinol, acids, and whitening products.
● Ensure skin is free from active severe acne, inflammation, open wounds, or infections.
● Avoid treatment during menstruation to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling.
● Do not take anticoagulants (e.g., aspirin, vitamin E) to minimize bleeding risk.
● Inform your provider if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a pacemaker, or serious skin conditions.
Day of treatment: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
Post-Treatment Guidelines for RF Microneedling
First 24 hours: Do not wear makeup and wash your face only with clean water.
First 24–72 hours: Keep your skin hydrated with gentle moisturizers to prevent dryness. Do not use skincare products that contain acids, alcohol, or retinoids.

First 3–10 days: Redness and peeling are normal and usually resolve on their own, longer for sensitive skin.
Daily: Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from UV damage and hyperpigmentation (dark spots).
First 7 days: Avoid sweating, saunas, strenuous exercise, and swimming.
RF Microneedling Skin Recovery Timeline
Days 1–2: Redness and slight swelling.

RF Microneedling Common Question(FAQ)
Is RF Microneedling with Exosomes more painful than regular RF microneedling?
No. Exosomes help reduce inflammation and promote healing, so most people experience less redness and swelling and recover faster.
What’s the difference between RF Microneedling with and without Exosomes/Growth factors?
Regular RF microneedling works by stimulating your skin’s own repair, while adding exosomes
or growth factors gives extra signals that boost healing and regeneration, so you may expect
results faster and are more consistent.
Is RF Microneedling Safe?
RF microneedling is safe, effective, and minimally invasive. The needles quickly penetrate the skin and deliver energy precisely to the dermis, creating a controlled thermal effect without harming the body. They can reach different depths, typically 0.5–3.5 mm, allowing treatment to be customized for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, or skin tightening. Both devices at Everest Wellness and Aesthetics Center, Morpheus8™ and Secret™ PRO, are FDAcleared.
Does RF Microneedling work for specific skin types?
RF microneedling is safe and effective for all skin types.
Does RF Microneedling treatment damage the skin?
RF microneedling minimizes thermal damage to the epidermis. The needle tips penetrate deep into the dermis to deliver energy directly, reducing the risk of adverse reactions such as scarring or post-inflammatory pigmentatio
Does RF Microneedling produce natural effects?
Yes. It stimulates your own collagen to “reborn,” creating gradual, natural improvements.
Is the RF Microneedling treatment painful?
Numbing cream is applied before the procedure; during treatment, you may feel warmth and slight pricking, which is tolerable for most people.
How soon will I see results?
After 7 days: skin becomes smoother; 3–4 weeks: skin starts to feel firmer; 2–3 months: collagen regeneration reaches its peak.
How many sessions are needed for the best results?
It usually requires 3–5 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Mild skin laxity or enlarged pores may show significant improvement after 3 sessions, while deeper wrinkles or severe acne scars may require 5 or more sessions.
