"I walked in to Everest a very unhappy 60+ woman. Gravity had caught up w me and my face had literally fallen. I couldn’t bear to look in the mirror anymore. I was lucky enough to meet Lijuan Yuan. I told her my story & what I hoped to achieve & she listened then she suggested other things we could also try. It was a total collaborative effort. Lijuan stayed 2 hours past closing to make sure she did everything to make me happy. There was no pressure, it was like talking to a friend. I stayed within my budget and got everything I wanted. When I walked out & looked in the mirror I was an extremely happy 60+ woman who was beautiful again.
